To make it easy for you to organise high-quality, cost-effective, onsite group training, that gives your staff the knowledge, skills and confidence to look after themselves and others.

ABOUT US

As clinicians and educators with a passion for delivering the highest standard of pre-hospital emergency care, we had seen first-hand the difference that confident, competent first aiders can make in an emergency.

 

Yet we regularly met people who told us their previous training hadn’t been enjoyable or effective, and that they didn’t feel confident applying what they’d been taught. That didn’t sit right with us.

 

So, in 2011, Tim Cook, a life-long educator and Specialist Paramedic, set out to create something better. Custom Training (our original business name, and still a trading name) was founded with a clear focus: to deliver cost-effective training that gives learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to help when it matters most.

 

Since then, we’ve grown into a successful business, expanding our offering to include mental health and a wider range of safety training. Today, we work with organisations of all sizes across the UK and overseas, supported by a network of trusted, expert trainers.
